Extra Trouble shooting Device Error 505 or 507



Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager. If Desktop Manager is unresponsive, restart your computer, then open Desktop Manager.
Open Application Loader.
Use the Application Loader to install BlackBerry Device Software.
In the Application Loader Wizard, as shown below, select the following option: Do not automatically back up and restore the handheld application data during the loading process.
Complete
the Application Loader process.

                                  OR
Erase and reload the data on the handheld.
