How to login to BlackBerry Business Cloud Services using an account other then the Global Administrator

BlackBerry Business Cloud Services allows for two other administrative roles within Microsoft Office 365 to log in to the BlackBerry Business Cloud Services administration page. To accomplish this the Global administrator would have previously enabled 

BlackBerry Business Cloud Services. Once that is done an administrator user can be added to two roles within Microsoft Office 365 that can log in and manage the BlackBerry smartphone users for that tenant. These administrators will not have a direct link from the 
log in page instead a direct navigation link is required for this to work.

Once an administrator user is set to the role of "user management administrator" or "service administrator" within Microsoft Office 365 the following link would be required to log in to the BlackBerry Business Cloud Services administration console.

The administrative user will be presented with a Microsoft Office 365 log in page. Once the proper Microsoft Office 365 credentials are entered the administrative user will be redirected to the BlackBerry Business Cloud Services administration console for that tenant. See More ( )
